Steve Paoli,  General Manager

Steve has spent a lifetime in the restaurant and food service industry. From a resume which includes San Francisco’s legendary Paoli’s Restaurant, Steve has put all his experience to work as the founder and general manager of Mission Bay Foods.

 

Elizabeth Zipper,  Catering Manager

Elizabeth brings impeccable customer service expertise from her hotel and hospitality background. She is currently responsible for managing corporate accounts and supporting all aspects of production and processing, from timely deliveries to the smallest catering details.

 

 

Arturo Aguilar,  Operations Manager

Arturo has held the position of operations manager at Mission Bay Foods since the company was established in 1999. With an understanding of how restaurants work, from the back of the house to the front, Arturo was the perfect choice for operations manager for the newly formed Mission Bay Foods. Arturo oversees general company management, POS and IT support, purchasing, quality control and customer service for all locations.

 
Dana Hudson,  FOH Manager

Bringing her experience as an upper manager for Starbucks, plus an undeniable passion for coffee, Dana currently oversees all FOH functions. Among many other responsibilities, she is accountable for insuring that Mission Bay Food’s high standard for customer service is executed by every member of her team.

   
Francisco Martinez,  Catering Kitchen Manager

“Junior” has worked at MBF for over 6 years and has fully embraced his role as catering kitchen manager.  Francisco skillfully manages his busy production schedule and takes pride in every single order that leaves his kitchen. He leads a team of over 20 employees and is responsible for ordering, inventory and quality control.

David Whiteside

In 1999 David joined forces with Steve Paoli and provided the funding and the business plan for the growth of MBF. He works closely with Steve on the improving operational excellence and strategic marketing of the business. For the last 25 years David has worked in San Francisco and in particular the San Francisco Design Center in a wide variety of functions, from special events and catering to construction and development. He has for the last 14 years served as the founder and general manager of CCI general contractors, a company that specializes in commercial construction, including restaurants and catering kitchens. As a principal of Mission Bay Foods, David currently operates as a part-time consultant, orchestrating the growth of the company and assisting in maintaining the highest quality standards.
