Arturo has held the position of operations manager at Mission Bay Foods since the company was established in 1999. He started his restaurant career in 1993 at Café Veloce, working for Steve Paoli as a busboy, and quickly moved up the ranks from prep cook, to line cook, to kitchen manager to unit manager. With an understanding of how restaurants work, from the back of the house to the front, Arturo was the perfect choice for operations manager for the newly formed Mission Bay Foods. Arturo is responsible for production management, purchasing, quality control and customer service for all five restaurants. |
